South Park Songs Go Orchestral

Throughout its many year run, the “South Park” franchise has offered some superbly memorable musical numbers, most famously the Oscar-nominated “Blame Canada” from the 1999 film.

There’s also Cartman’s “Kyle’s Mom” which first appeared in the episode that introduced Mr. Hankey, and popped up again in the film in a more ‘global version’. Another is “Gay Fish” from the thirteenth season.

Now, ahead of the show’s upcoming 25th season premiere, traditional orchestral concert renditions of the latter two songs as well as the show’s theme have been released.

“South Park” returns to a weekly episodic release on February 2nd with six new episodes.
