– If the first Spider-Man game was like Star Wars, Spider-Man 2 is in a way our Empire . It’s getting a little darker, Rosemann said in a reference to the Star Wars movie where the evil empire almost runs away with victory in Star Wars.
Neither Spider-Man nor Spider-Man: Miles Morales dug particularly deep into dark themes, but exactly what “darker” means is of course not good to say. All we know so far is that Spider-Man 2 will be about Peter Parker and Miles Morales taking up the fight against the arch-villain Venom. The podcast was also just drop by The Wolverine game
