While we no longer count the video game projects related to the license Star Wars , here is another new title could well be announced in the months which follow… Well, not very new. The always very knowledgeable American journalist Jeff Grubb has hinted that a sequel to Star Jedi Wars: Fallen Order
It was during the GrubbSnax podcast for the Giant Bomb site that Grubb mentioned this sequel to game of 2019. According to him, an official announcement would be expected before the next E3 2022 show — that is, before the start of next June. More precisely, Electronic Arts would reveal the project around the month of May. Obviously, you have to take this rumor with the usual tweezers; world premieres can be very quickly deprogrammed and reprogrammed on the fly by editors, but it is almost certain that a Jedi: Fallen Order 2 either in the boxes of the Respawn studio — or of its publisher.
Huge commercial and great success criticism, it would have been strange not to see Electronic Arts capitalize to the maximum on Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order . Few of the games with more than 10 million copies have gone without a follow-up — and Andrew Wilson, boss of EA, does not intend to drop this financial windfall anytime soon. In May 2020 , the CEO of the American publisher announced that Jedi: Fallen Order was “ the first episode of a brand new license “… But at present , no sequel was neither by the publisher nor by the Respawn team.
