The stock markets of Latin America closed 2021 mixed. The Argentine Stock Exchange (Merval) showed the greatest advance of all, ending the year at 83,500.11 units, presenting an annual increase of 63 percent.
The Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV ) ended 2021 at 53,272.44 points, an increase of 21 percent.
Specialists highlight that the case of Argentina is particular because it came from 2020 complicated due to external and especially internal issues , which gave it a greater recovery range during this 2021.
