抖音:针对寒假未成年人直播、充值打赏等 将核实退款
据介绍,2022年1月,抖音已累计封禁相关违规主播23名,处置相关违规直播间965个。针对未成年人直播、充值打赏等问题,抖音直播目前已建立了事前预防、事中拦截、事后核实退款等一系列机制。抖音方面称,一直以来,抖音明文规定不允许未成年人充值打赏,自2018年起建立未成年退款流程,对于未经监护人允许的未成年人打赏,一经核实,将在24小时内予以全额退款。数据显示,2020年5月至2021年3月11个月间,抖音直播共为3.6万个用户办理了未成年人打赏退款,平均退款时间为19.7小时。抖音直播相关负责人表示:“寒假是青少年上网的高峰期,易出现针对青少年的诱导打赏及诈骗行为。抖音持续从产品优化、内容治理等方面开展青少年安全工作。同时,我们也建议家长为孩子开启青少年模式,一方面可以获得更安全的上网环境,一方面可以帮助孩子学知识、观世界。”(完)
