Takáčovec Matej Zeman has serious prosecutions on his neck. And although he confesses to most crimes, he denies one charge. Judge of the Specialized Criminal Court Emil Klemanič sent him into custody on September 10 in order not to continue the crime or to flee.
Matej Zeman was already behind bars. He was released because he started cooperating. He not only talked about his crime, but also convicted others. As one of the few, he confessed and described the bribe that was supposed to go to the then special prosecutor in order to get the boss of such people free. He is therefore accused of bribery.

Other charges

They also prosecute him for membership in a criminal group or extortion. A few years ago, Zeman was supposed to take part in the blackmail of two men who were fined for mafia for posing as gang members during the conflict in Leopoldov.
He has the same paragraph in another act. Such people were to blackmail a waiter from a well-known Bratislava company. And not only that. He was even so charged that he barely survived. Matej Zeman was originally released in this case. And last but not least, the latest prosecution is from the inspection – for perjury. He denies the allegations.

Reasons for detention

After NAKA detained him at the border with Hungary, Judge Emil Klemanič sent him into custody. He writes in the resolution that, according to him, such a man violated several conditions. He hid, did not pick up consignments, continued to commit crimes and committed it even after he was released from his original detention. “He was arrested at the Medveďov border crossing, which undoubtedly shows that he came from abroad … During his stay abroad, he was on the run to avoid criminal prosecution, did not stay at the address given to law enforcement authorities, did not receive consignments and did not respect their orders, “the judge wrote in the order.

He withdrew the complaint

Originally, Matej Zeman filed a complaint against the decision on September 10. He finally changed his mind after exactly a week.
“The accused in this criminal case filed a withdrawal of a complaint with the ŠTS on September 17, 2021, so the decision in this case is valid,” Katarína Kudjáková, a spokeswoman for the Specialized Criminal Court, told Markíza TV
Takáčovec has been waiting for the inspection to be interrogated for almost a month. According to our information, they plan to hear him next week.
The editor Zuzana Ferenčáková has been dealing with the topic for a long time. Check out her report to the Television Newspaper.

Take-Two has reached a deal to buy Zynga for $12.7 billion
