The AMD Ryzen Threadripper 5000 Chagall is expected next year

AMD Ryzen Threadripper 5000 Chagall se očekuje sledeće godine

AMD Ryzen Threadripper 5000 processor has been in development for some time. Although the company has postponed the release of the chip several times, new information has now emerged that the processor will still be released.

Greymon55 has successfully extracted information from AMD’s documentation, indicating that the processor will be introduced next year as planned.

The code name of the chip is “Chagall”, and it is based on Zen 3 microarchitectures and will probably have the same number of cores as its predecessor. No increase in the number of cores is expected compared to the current 3000 series, but we will get an increase in frequency compared to the “Castle Peak” series.

Introducing the Chagall processor next indicates that AMD could implement the Zen3 + microarchitecture in the new chip.
