The Czechs elect a new parliament. The vote is in the context of allegations of financial misconduct against Prime Minister Andrei Babish.
However, sociologists favor his party. Babish’s centrists are unlikely to gain a majority, which means they will have to seek support from other formations.
At the same time, the ruling party’s lead over the two opposition blocs is minimal, not a few Czechs believe that change is needed. Parliamentary elections are held in two days – today and tomorrow.
