The ophthalmologist recounted his experience in a post published on LinkedIn, a post then spotted by our colleagues from 9to5Mac .

Doctor Tommy Korn therefore received a patient who suffered from a serious eye problem . Such a problem that he had to undergo a cornea transplant.

Following the operation, the patient returned several times for consultation in order to have a complete follow-up of the operation. The doctor then asked him for permission to take a photo of his eye with his iPhone 13 Pro Max in order to be able to more easily visualize the evolution of the transplant over time.

The patient accepted and doctor Tommy Korn joined forces with optometrist Jeffrey Lewis to carry out this small experiment.
