In Bratislava today, after four years of work, they opened a new bus station in the Niva complex on Mlynské nivy. Developer HB Reavis symbolically handed it over to Slovak Lines in the morning, which is to operate it for the next 40 years. According to the developer René Popik from HB Reavis, the modern bus terminal should meet the highest European standards

The mayor of Bratislava Matúš Vallo stated that it is not difficult to find ten differences between the old and the new station. “I am glad that the entrance to Bratislava for visitors and residents of the city will be at the level of the 21st century” . He also declared his efforts in cooperation with the state to achieve the transformation of the railway main station.
The green roof will offer a running track, exercise or picnic areas, a community garden and children’s playgrounds. The building will also operate the first automated parking cycle tower in Bratislava.
