What changes and how?
Most of the amendments detailed in the government decree concern the Family Home Creation Allowance. An amendment affecting the use of the CSOK is that in the case of the construction of a new dwelling, the attic installation does not have to be accompanied by an increase in the volume of the building.

Important dates are approaching
First day of the year In addition to the changes that will take effect from 2007, the deadline for several home-building grants is approaching this year, which is worth keeping in mind for those who are about to buy, build or renovate / upgrade / expand real estate. If the current government decrees do not change during the year, the Village CSOK will be available until June 30, 2022. The deadline for applying for the Baby Waiting Loan and Home Renovation Support is 31 December 2022. The CSOK-related VAT refund subsidy for housing construction can also be applied for until 31 December 2022.
The discounted 5% VAT applicable to the purchase of newly built flats is then applicable. , if the building permit has been obtained by 31 December 2022 or the simple notification has been made and the sale takes place by 31 December 2026.
