Four Slovak operators shared smartphone sales statistics for the past month . From the offer of 4, O2, Orange and Slovak Telekom, mainly pieces in the price of 200 to 600 euros go on sale. So if you are looking for a device in this amount, you can be inspired by these desired phones.
It is the operators who make up the vast majority of devices sold in Slovakia.
“In Slovakia, mobile operators are still the largest sellers of mobile phones, and we estimate that our share is two thirds of total sales. In this respect, our market is in a different position than other markets, such as the Greek or Czech market. Here, operators have a smaller share and most of the sales are driven by open-market, ie electronics retailers or other networks, “ explains Michal Korec, spokesman for Slovak Telekom.
Nevertheless, this is not a 100% accurate picture of the best-selling smartphones in Slovakia. This is because mobile phones that we buy from regular electronics stores do not count here. This order of smartphones was created by their sales to operators in December, which include flat-rate phones, but also smartphones that the customer buys in their e-shop, or smartphones that the company orders for employees.
