1. Use Alcohol pads to remove all the fat from your skin on the décolleté. This is how the tape sticks properly.

Cover your nipples with Cotton pads so that the detachment is not a pain. When you start taping, these should stay in place.

2. Approx. fix the adhesive tape a hand’s breadth below your armpits on the side next to your breasts. Pull the band taut diagonally across your breast and tape the end diagonally under another breast. Repeat this process for the other side.

3. The result is a stable bra made of tape. Therefore, you can repeat the process more often. Always apply the adhesive tape a little further down. The tighter you pull the tape, the stronger the effect will look.

4. You can also support your breasts by attaching additional strips directly horizontally under your breasts.

   
   Removing the glued bra

   To remove the glued bra again, it takes a little patience and sure instinct. The skin on the breast is very delicate, so you should take the time to carefully peel the adhesive off. It is better if you get into the bath or shower to remove it.

   There you let the glued bra soak in warm water and remove the remains with olive oil.

   Alternative option: Athletes use so-called Kinesio Tape. This supports joints and muscles and provides optimal protection against injuries. This alternative is excellent and promises a perfect hold.
