The German citizen has a broken knee after an accident in Moesia yesterday. The accident was caused yesterday by a 19-year-old youth from Knezha, who took the advantage of a motorcyclist at an intersection with his car. The driver of the motorcycle – a 39-year-old German citizen – was injured in the traffic accident. The teenager who caused the crash was tested for alcohol and tested negative.
