The pigeon, the fishery and Conservation Department staff stopped on the spot, and the old man immediately dropped the wild pigeon and fled. After the police followed up, yesterday (1st) a 70-year-old Chinese man was arrested and the clothes he was wearing on the day of the crime were seized at his residence. The cause of the old man’s throwing of wild pigeons is being investigated.
