JOHANNESBURG – Gauteng Police say they’re very close to making arrests in the assassination of Teboho Joala.

The Rand Water executive and his bodyguard were shot dead in broad daylight, while attending a back-to-school charity event in the south of Johannesburg.

The provincial police commissioner assured Gauteng residents that measures are in place to deal with contract killings.
