If you’re reading our Skims reviews because you can’t stop wondering if the hype is real, we’ll give it to you straight: Everything you’ve heard about Skims and its next-level undergarments is pretty much true. The brand’s bras and bralettes are that good—and totally worth your coin, if only you can get your hands on them before the rest of the internet does.
Luckily, Skims is in major restock mode right now, so it was the perfect time for us to finally give its best-selling bras a try. The pieces we settled on came from its two hero lines, Fits Everybody and the Cotton Collection. True to its name, the bras in the Fits Everybody collection are inclusive, versatile, and effortless to wear all day, every day. Think of them as the workhorse pieces your top drawer needs to solve any kind of tricky dressing problem, with a true second-skin fit. The Cotton Collection shares a similar no-fuss ethos—and is great if you’re looking for styles that deliver hours-long comfort and support for WFH, running errands, or lounging.
The Fits Everybody collection has 11 silhouettes to choose from, including a crossover bra, a simple T-shirt bra, and an asymmetric bralette that all fit like a second skin. Sizes range from XXS to 4XL (or 32A to 44DDD for underwire styles), and price tags are between $32 and $52. The buzzy Cotton Collection is more curated, featuring five selfie-worthy styles that low-key make going braless feel overrated. The size range here is the same, but with a slightly lower price range ($32–$44). Both collections feature core colors like nudes and blacks, along with Insta-bait seasonal hues like copper, lilac, and a pretty pale blue dubbed Moonstone.
Sweater weather is here—hold the nipple covers—and right now is a great time to overhaul your collection of intimates. The Skims website just got replenished with a ton of sizes, so you’ll want to move fast on these pieces. Not sure what to add to cart first? Start with our honest Skims reviews, where we go into everything you need to know about the real fit and feel of Skims bras.

I’m a total newbie to Skims. (I swear by the Natori Feathers bra, tbh.) But I was delightfully surprised by the two bras I tried. The first, the Fits Everybody crossover bra in Ochre, was a revelation. No underwire? No problem. (I’m a 34A, so bras are more of a courtesy than anything else—I don’t exactly need support here.) I wore it under a white tee while feeling confident in the coverage and super-comfortable; the soft fabric makes it feel like sweatpants for my boobs.
The Cotton jersey scoop bralette in Rose Clay felt less life-changing only in that it reminded me of a sports bra with extra give. Was it comfy as hell? Yes. Will I keep wearing it? Also yes. But unlike the crossover bra, it didn’t feel like an “Ooh, this has changed the game” item. The Rose Clay shade was also lovely, but it didn’t match any of my underwear, which bugged me to no end. (I’m a Virgo, and I’m sorry.) These are nitpicky concerns, to be fair—and for the price, both were totally worth it. If anything, I’ll just have to pick up some underwear in Rose Clay. Considering that my bra situation revolves around comfort—since no amount of construction or padding will ever give me cleavage—it’s safe to say that Skims delivered, and I finally get the hype.

Is this even a nursing bra?! If it is…why don’t I hate it? If you’ve breastfed before, you probably know that maternity and nursing bras can be cumbersome, uncomfortable, boring, and certainly not something you’d want to wear once your baby starts weaning. Think of the Skims version as the anti-nursing bra. It’s actually comfortable and supports your changing breasts (without underwire!), and though it isn’t overtly sexy, the colors are sumptuous, and the bra beautifully sculpts your breasts (that are in a constant state of change). This is so comfortable you honestly forget you’re wearing it. Yes, even with the addition of nursing clasps.
As for the triangle bra, the material is extremely soft, the color is gorgeous, and the fit is flexible. It’s made of a nylon-spandex blend that has an almost brushed-cotton feel to it, with back straps that are thin (but don’t pinch!). I’m shocked at how much I love—and routinely wear—this bra. It’s unlined, I normally hate triangle cups, and my boobs are in flux at the moment (C to DD), so I rarely feel truly supported in bralettes. Not! The case! Here! It has ample coverage, especially along the side boob. I wear this for days on end and only swap for my other Skims bra (the maternity sculpting bra). I already own a few items from Skims—a unitard, a thong, a baby tee, and hipster briefs—and would rebuy all my Skims bras and tops in a heartbeat. Overall I’d say Skims’ stuff is well worth the hype, but be open to returning items and reordering to get your size right (or ordering multiples for you to try on). Once you find your fit, you’ll be hooked.

I’ve tried some of Skims’ lounge- and shapewear in the past, but most of the pieces didn’t fit me right to fall in love with on the spot. That wasn’t the case, though, with the bras I picked: the Fits Everybody bandeau and the Cotton plunge bralette. I sized up for a more comfortable fit and to avoid a potential return situation—I’m a 34B and went with a size S for both—and immediately realized why people are so obsessed with these bras.
For starters, the bandeau molds to your body without awkwardly flattening your chest. It’s a seamless design that doesn’t slip down and feels incredibly supportive despite not having any underwire or straps. I tend to wear a lot of slip dresses in the fall, and this bandeau is versatile enough to solve many of my outfit dilemmas since I hate visible straps with a fiery passion.
As for the plunge bralette, I see why this bra is the must-own piece: You feel hot wearing it. (That and the fact that it’s also legit comfy and makes the girls look very good.) The ribbed cotton feels like nothing on, and the plunge hits right above my sternum so it stays hidden underneath my low-cut tops and dresses. Final thoughts? Some pieces are hyped up because they are that good, which is how honestly I feel about my Skims bras. I don’t have to fuss to get either of these pieces on, and the cuts work seamlessly with pretty much everything in my wardrobe. Worth it!

I am by no means a Kardashian stan (not a hater either), so I wasn’t eager to buy anything from Skims, but after hearing so many rave reviews—and fine, being sucked in by their killer branding—I made my first purchase a few months ago. I bought a nude underwire bra and a black triangle bralette, and the underwire has quickly become my go-to bra. For this review I ordered the same in black plus a scoop-neck bralette, which fits much better than the triangle. To say that I am obsessed would be an understatement.
The fabric on both pieces is really luxurious and unique: the cotton of the bralette is thick yet soft, and the mesh is smooth and strong. I ordered my usual size (32D, small) in both, and they fit perfectly—though I would recommend sizing up in the triangle. I have a larger chest for my frame, so I like bras that have plenty of support without adding any bulk. The mesh is the perfect everyday bra—it’s so comfortable, it feels like I’m not wearing anything, yet it keeps everything lifted and covered. The straps are wide enough to not show under tops, and there’s zero risk of a nip slip. Despite the lack of padding, it shapes and lifts the girls very nicely. The scoop bralette is just as comfortable but isn’t quite as flattering to wear outside the house—though it definitely has enough support to wear as a real bra, which is a rare feat. Overall, I’m super happy I took the plunge and can’t wait to get my hands on some of the loungewear.

Looking at the two bras next to one another, I thought for sure I’d be a bigger fan of the Fits Everybody collection—it’s buttery-soft to the touch, it has no clasp, and I was able to slip it on over my head just like a sports bra. But then came the shocker: It gave me a major cleavage moment. Usually I can only get those with underwire or padding (this bra has neither of those things). It appeared to be a great everyday bra until I bent down to pick something up and my boobs—which aren’t that big (I’m a 34C)—came spilling out. Maybe user error? A lesson for me to stop cleaning? It’s a good bra if you don’t mind a hint of…danger?
The plunge bralette from the Cotton Collection proved to be more my speed. I love the look of a deep V-neck, and the bone color made it feel like a casual T-shirt bra. I wore it all day and never had the urge to fling it off—the bra strap is thick and surprisingly unnoticeable.
This isn’t my first Skims bra, but it’s my first time trying these two styles. I’ll just go ahead and say that I’ve already ordered another plunge style from the Cotton Collection in black—that’s how much I liked it. I’m someone who, for whatever reason, doesn’t like hyped-up products, so I also appreciate that the Skims logo doesn’t stand out on either of these bras.

First thoughts? I was impressed by how soft both bras were—even the underwire one. I’m very picky when it comes to bras because I need something that’s comfortable enough for me to wear at my desk all day, and I had a good feeling about these based on the material alone.
The triangle bralette doesn’t have any underwire and feels super-soft on. It’s also claspless, so I can slip it right on. I found it easy to wear; I test-drove it for a full WFH day and then while running errands the next day. I honestly forgot I had a bra on both times. As for the underwire bra, I was impressed by how comfortable it was too. The bra didn’t squeeze me in any awkward places, and the wire wasn’t stabbing me in the chest. (Another thing I particularly liked about this fit is that you can’t really see it underneath clothing.)
This is not my first time trying Skims—I actually own quite a few items, including several Fits Everybody thongs, the cotton robe, some cotton boxers, and some square-neck bodysuits. I definitely think Skims’ undergarments are worth the money, which is why I own so many pieces already. I’m already planning another haul of the triangle bralette in different colors—I can’t believe I’m saying this, but it might be my favorite bra ever.
