“Corazón sin oreja” competes to get to the party
Three theatrical works by independent casts from Tucumán will go on stage tonight. At 21, in El Círculo de la Prensa (Mendoza 240), “Corazón sin oreja”, with Rubén Ávila and Sergio Arias, will compete in the preselection of the Provincial Theater Festival, with an imaginary meeting between René Favaloro and Vincent Van Gogh . At the same time, Al Filo Teatro will present the collective creation “Las Olgas”, a grotesque representation of a meeting of the non-teaching staff of a school in Casa Luján (Saavedra 74), with Rosa Leal, María Sánchez Filippone and
Martín Santillán. And at 9:30 pm, in La Colorida (Mendoza 2,955) will be replayed “Blue Memory”, the story of a mother and two children trapped between oblivion and memory, with Luciana Torres, José Patricio Padilla and Franco Ruhe directed by Lucía Dz González .
Recitals in the open air and in peñas
Folklore will return to Independencia Square at 19 , with a free show organized by the Municipality of San Miguel de Tucumán with the performance of the Dúo Concordia, Los 4 de Tucumán, 5 de Palo and the Raices of Footprints dance academy. In the capital’s clubs, from 9 pm there will be activity: La Casa de Yamil (Spain 153) announces Ismael Véliz, Los del Río 3 and the humor of Pochi Chávez; while in Malparida (Corrientes and Catamarca) there will be La Cochera. Also at 9 pm, in Puerto Cultural Libertad (Las Piedras 1.850) and within the Reactivar Scenes cycle promoted by the Inamu (National Institute of Music), the tucumanos from Malamba and the santiagueños from La Cruza will perform in “Shared roots”, with northern dance and music.
Rock, blues, funk and other genres
From 5 pm there will be another “Friday of revolution” at the entrance to the Orestes Caviglia room (San Martín 251) , starring Crushrock, Noir Telephone, Powerful, Chandan and Fer Salvatore.
“Virla Funk” is the proposal that will take place from 9 pm at the Virla Cultural Center (May 25, 265), with the intervention of DJ Carlitos Way and the bands Critical Haze And The Inocent Boy and El Ju, with a journey through groove, funk and hip hop. Also at 9 PM, Dominó will take his selection of rock and pop songs to Veracruz Bar (Avenida Soldati 684). Half an hour later, Adrián Llovera and Negrex Delgado will share the stage at La Coupole de Yerba Buena (Avenida Aconquija 2,780), with Gonzalo Aragón on the ground floor and the presence of Lua and Alba as special guests. At 22, Don Pipa & the Second Blues Band Police Station will be in the village of Mowa Cervecería (La Rioja 86). From that same hour, Sergeant Peppa (the band of Isaac Llovera, Franco Llovera, Nacho Luna, Juan Martín Fara and Lucio Enrique García) will present his tribute to The Beatles at the Casa de la Cultura Catalina Albarracín de Suárez (Avenida Alem 755, Tafí Old). Meanwhile, in Valhalla (La Rioja 155) Obarrio, Brío and Apece will offer a solidary joint recital for the benefit of Andreina Sambuceti.
“Top-flight music”
Pablo Sánchez says goodbye to Tucumán before returning to the Federal Capital in a special show with Santiago Plaate to explore different genres. “High-flying music” will be at the Centro la Rumba (July 9, 1032) from 22:00.
