What Lies in the Multiverse will offer laughter and cry in multiple dimensions

Untold Tales as well as Studio Voyager and IguanaBee have announced their adventure game What Lies in the Multiverse .

The game is scheduled for release in early 2022 on PC, PS4, Switch and Xbox One. A playable demo will be available on Steam from today , Friday, October 1, 2021.

What Lies in the Multiverse is a story-driven 2D adventure that could be called a dramatic comedy. Filled to the brim with hilarious and cartoonish antics, the narrative also introduces the player to mature and deep themes like death, envy and obsession.

When a Gifted Boy ( known only as The Kid) is launched into a whole new universe, he meets Everett, a sarcastic, eccentric and mysterious scientist who has the power to change dimensions. Bound by a dangerous mutual curiosity for parallel worlds, they embark on an investigation into the unknown. Together, they venture to a strange island where they will find essential answers about Everett’s past and the universe, while being pursued by old and questionable acquaintances who seek to capture them and bring an end to them. their dimensional shenanigans.
