Matlı Holding, which offered the highest price in the auction held by the Susurluk Enforcement Bankruptcy Office, became the new owner of Yörsan. After the decision was made, a new development took place. Yörsan, one of the biggest milk and dairy products factories in Balıkesir, was put up for sale. Matlı Holding won that auction today.

After Yörsan was purchased by a United Arab Emirates-based company in 2014, the UAE company transferred its funds from Turkey to a US company in 2018. sold it. The company then declared a bankruptcy due to the economic problems it experienced. A trustee was appointed in 2019. On 10 July 2020, Yörsan’s bankruptcy request was accepted at the Susurluk Civil Court of First Instance. Based on the Bankruptcy Decision No. 2020/1 of the Susurluk Enforcement and Bankruptcy Office, it was put up for sale today.

It was exporting its dairy products, mainly milk, cheese, ayran, butter, cream and cream, to more than 20 countries, including the USA, Japan, TRNC and Middle East countries.
