שווי זה גוזר לתשובה, שהזרים במהלך המשבר לתוך דלק 300 מיליון שקל כחלק מגיוסי הון של 625 מיליון שקל, שווי שוק של אחזקה בדלק (48.6%) בסך 3.3 מיליארד שקל — גבוה מיתרת החוב הפרטי שלו לבנקים בישראל בראשות הפועלים, המוערך במיליארד שקל.
