【明報專訊】本案是繼DR醫學美容集團事故後，第二宗涉及醫學美容、療程負責人誤殺罪成案件。《私營醫療機構條例》在本案發生後刊憲，規管做抽脂等程序的日間醫療中心須領牌，由醫生出任的醫務行政總監須承擔法律責任。法官李素蘭昨判刑後表示，本案是典型例子，顯示香港不但有必要監管私營醫療機構，亦要關注獲得公眾信任的醫生，可以輕易從事高風險醫療程序。 在DR案，負責施行CIK療程的醫生麥允齡被判囚3年半，實驗室技術員陳冠忠及集團創辦人周向榮分別判囚10年及12年。本案被判囚6年的關孝孜，是繼麥允齡和周向榮後，第3名因醫學美容事故而繫獄的醫生。沒資歷證書 沒透露「師父」身分官：極度不安李官在判辭中指出，辯方求情稱被告關孝孜跟「師父」學習做抽脂手術，卻沒有出示任何院校訓練或資歷證書，亦沒有透露「師父」身分和受訓地方，令法庭感到極度不安。李官引述控方專家證人、中大醫學院副教授Mainland Phoebe-Anne的報告表示，即使有充足的醫療設備，個別醫生缺乏照顧病人的責任感，更有可能導致病患死亡。李官表示，慶幸香港沒有太多同類醫療事故，但相似情况下的死亡事件，確實一宗都嫌多（one death is one too many in a situation like this）。李官強調，香港必須維持一貫的醫療行業標準，確保同類事件不再發生。官：奪命醫療事故「一宗都嫌多」立法會議員麥美娟表示，DR美容針和本案抽脂事故是兩宗令人痛心的悲劇，導致人命傷亡和家庭破碎。她希望判刑可起阻嚇作用，防止同類事件再發生，政府也應加強規管和執法。相關字詞﹕誤殺 私營醫療機構條例 抽脂 醫學美容事故
