Prince George is one lucky boy, as the young royal enjoys a huge amount of space as part of his lavish royal lifestyle.
Compared to the average UK family, the future king of England and his siblings have the equivalent space of 219 family homes – impressive.
He, along with his siblings have a huge amount of playing space when you compare them to the majority of Brits, whose homes are on average, around 729 square feet
Research conducted by marketing firm Search Intelligence Ltd, found that the British Royal grandchildren live on 27 times the space of a UK household, with eight year old Prince George enjoying a whopping 166,000 sq. ft to himself.
Seeing as they are in line to the British throne, it’s unsurprising that the young royals have plenty of space to roam about and play on.

George, along with his parents Prince William and Kate Middleton, sister Princess Charlotte, six, and brother Prince Louis, three, all live at the very lavish Kensington Palace in West London.
The huge royal estate boasts some impressive gardens, which has seen endless royals live within its grounds over the years.
According to the study, this means the Cambridges live on 219 times the space of the average British family.
However, it is worth noting that whilst Kensington Palace itself as an estate is huge – William, Kate and the kids only live in one apartment within the complex, and the grounds are shared.
Calculations were made by comparing the square footage of the average UK household next to the homes of each royal family.
The houses were then divided by the number of people living there, to equal the amount of space they would reside in, without having to share.
According to research conducted in 2021, the average number of people living in a UK home is 2.39.
Taking this into consideration, it means that each person living in a British home enjoy around 305 square feet each – doesn’t sound too bad, does it?
However, the royal youngsters’ individual space of 40,268 square feet means the average Brit’s number pales in comparison.
But what about the other royal family members?
Prince Harry and Megan now reside in California and according to the research, their US home comes in at 18,671 sq. ft.
Their two children Archie and Lilibet enjoy 4667 sq. ft of space, without having to share with each other, which equates to six times the space of the average British family.
Princess Anne’s daughter Zara Tindall lives at Gatcombe park in the Cotswolds with her husband Mike and three children.
Dividing the house by its five members, children Mia, Lena, and Lucas enjoy a whopping 5696 sq. ft each.
Princess Eugenie currently resides in Frogmore cottage with her husband Jack Brooksbank and their baby son August.
The stunning home, set on the grounds of Kensington Palace is 4,000 square feet in total, modest in comparison to some of the royals’ huge homes.
Commenting on the study, a spokesperson for Search Intelligence Ltd said: “The Royal family has been considered a “National Treasure’, it is interesting to see the future of the family and their lifestyle in comparison to the average UK family.”
