Brigadier General Yusuf Ragainaga was born in Serui, Irian Jaya, on January 8, 1967.

Kapoksahli Pangdam XVIII/Kasuari is a new formation unit, with the task of assisting the Commander of the Regional Military Command in each Kodam.
It is hoped that the tasks of the commander in chief can run efficiently, on target and contribute to the Indonesian Army.
“Because this Kapoksahli has just been formed, we are happy to accept the position,” said Brigadier General Yusuf.
The one-star general hopes that in the future it can be increased again starting from the addition of personnel and equipment for the unit to support the main tasks of the Pangdam.
