Leco, 2 October 2021 – Another victim in the mountains: a hiker has lost his life on Mount Legnone , in the municipality of Pagnona. The accident occurred near the top of Legnone. The man would have fallen and ended up on the rocks.
The alarm arrived just before 11 and was sent on the spot by Areu the helicopter rescue from the operations center of Sondrio with the Alpine Rescue technicians of the 19th Lecco delegation who started the recovery of the hiker.
