ICC (formerly ICL) has completed a tender for the construction of a new campus on an area of five dunams in Be’er Sheva, where it will concentrate the headquarters of the subsidiaries. The tender was for the construction of a campus that will house 750 employees, and will be leased to ICC for a period of 15 years. The building will be inhabited in the second half of 2024. The winner of the tender is the developer Ilan Azot, who will build the campus with 12 floors of offices, commercial space and four floors of parking, on a built area of 15,000 square meters. And within walking distance of the train station and the central station. Azot will rent the campus for 15 years for NIS 330 million.
