El conglomerado mexicano Alfa, uno de los mayores del país, reportó el martes una pérdida neta de 3,504 millones de pesos (171 millones de dólares) en el cuarto trimestre, mayor a la de 1,223 millones de pesos registrada en el mismo periodo de 2020.
