P+HS Architects is the latest business to help staff with the cost of living crisis.

The firm – which operates from three offices across the north of England – is paying all eligible employees up to £1,000 each this autumn.

P+HS employs 85 staff and around 90% will qualify for the cash.

Managing Director Chris Dennis said: “Despite the rather gloomy economic outlook, P+HS Architects are continuing to sustain their levels of employment, and it is thanks to the whole team that we are in this position.

“Our team’s productivity and dedication underpin our success and this one-off payment will hopefully go some way to help everyone with escalating household costs.”
