Raffles Infrastructure Holdings informed the Singapore Exchange this past week that its chief executive officer and executive director, Eric Choo Han Kiat, has resigned from the company effective 31 January. Choo’s resignation comes just a few weeks after Raffles Infrastructure, which had previously focused on road and port construction, had appointed a new deputy chief executive with a background in IT systems, with the company declaring its intent to focus on medical and digital technology infrastructure.

Shui On Land has promoted Clarence Lee to senior commercial director as the company opens the new year by reshaping its top management. Lee takes his step up from commercial director three and a half years after joining the developer of Shanghai’s Xintiandi project, with Shui On Land having late last month appointed Jessica Ying Wang as chief executive at the same time that it named Allan Bin Zhang as CEO for its Shui On Xintiandi subsidiary.
