Bonnyrigg end losing run with home defeat of East Fife

Bonnyrigg Rose earned their first win in four games with a 4-2 victory over East Fife in cinch League Two.

Smart Osadolor opened the scoring for the hosts in the 19th minute but they were pegged back 15 minutes later when Nathan Austin headed home.

Bonnyrigg regained their advantage six minutes after the break through Lee Currie and Neil Martynuik’s penalty gave them a two-goal cushion.

East Fife hit back again midway through the second half when substitute Conor McManus fired into the bottom left corner but Bonnyrigg regained their two-goal lead thanks to another Martynuik penalty and held on to snap their three-game losing run.
