There’s three bathroom to choose from.
He said panoramic view of Corio Bay from the 14-storey penthouse were a big drawcard for the new owners, who were looking forward to the ease of an inner city apartment living.
Both the open-plan living area and main bedroom link to large balcony overlooking the water and Geelong’s skyline, while a sweeping second deck provides direct outdoor access from the remaining bedrooms.
Parquetry flooring, Carrara marble kitchen benchtops and floor-to-ceiling marble tiles are among the luxury inclusions.
The main bedroom gets a slice of the view.
“It was the best of the best, you could not get much better,” Mr Marmora said.
“It offered four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a balcony with direct views.”
The apartment also comes with three garage spaces and access to shared gym and sun deck/barbecue area at The Mercer.
