Une scène qui devient malheureusement trop habituelle.
S’il n’y a pas eu photo entre Courtrai et Zulte-Waregem sur le terrain samedi (5-0), le match a été le théâtre d’un spectacle bien plus triste dans les tribunes. Avant et en tout début de rencontre, certains des supporters des deux camps se sont affrontés à coups de lancers de fumigènes, obligeant les organisateurs à interrompre le match pendant quelques minutes.
Résultat ? Des stadiers ont été touchés, ce qu’ont regretté des supporters du KVK dans un communiqué : « Ces dernières semaines, les personnes qui s’engagent à rendre le football possible dans notre stade se sont retrouvées en première ligne à plusieurs reprises. » Alors, pour soutenir aux blessés, ils ont lancé une campagne de crowdfunding « afin de récolter des fonds pour venir en aide à ces stewards et, par extension, à tous les bénévoles du KVK, et pour montrer que 99,9% des supporters sont là pour le football et sont extrêmement reconnaissants des services que rendent ces personnes » .
De la bêtise peut naître de belles initiatives.
