Gibran and Kaesang Reported by UNJ Lecturer to KPK

Liputan6.com, Jakarta – Two children of President Joko Widodo alias Jokowi, Gibran Rakabuming Raka and Kaesang Pangarep reported to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), today, Monday (10/1/2022).

Gibran and Kaesang were reported by Jakarta State University (UNJ) lecturer Ubedilah Badrun to

KPK on suspicion of corruption and money laundering (TPPU).

“This report is related to alleged criminal acts corruption and/or money laundering offenses related to the alleged KKN business relationship between the President’s children and a business group suspected of being involved in forest fires,” said Ubedilah Badrun at the KPK Building, Kuningan, South Jakarta, Monday.

Ubed assessing, there was fraud committed by the company built by Gibran Rakabuming Raka and Kaesang Pangarep. “There are two who created a joint company, between Gibran, Kaesang, and his son, a senior (company) SM, whose initials are AP,” said Ubedilah. the receipt of capital participation funds for the joint company made by Gibran and Kaesang. “That for us is a big question mark whether a young person who has just started a company easily can get a capital investment with a quite fantastic figure. ” said Ubed.

Ubed assessed that there were irregularities in the process of equity participation for companies owned by Kaesang and Gibran. The evidence of his accusation has been submitted to the Public Complaints (Dumas) KPK.
