Mustafa Yağbasan, who was shot in the head as a result of gunfire, died at the scene. The incident was reported to the police .
While the police was investigating the scene, the unidentified gunman fled. Mustafa Yağbasan’s body was taken to the morgue of Samsun Training and Research Hospital for autopsy. An investigation has been initiated regarding the incident.
