【明報專訊】現時不少舊式公共屋邨樓齡逾50年，呈現老化問題，且未用盡地積比。特首林鄭月娥昨在《施政報告》提到，將邀請房委會研究重建目前63年樓齡的西環邨，以及59年樓齡的馬頭圍邨，重建後有潛力建更多單位。政府消息人士表示，計劃將西環邨住戶遷置至附近預料最快2029年落成的加惠民道第一期公屋項目；至於馬頭圍邨則分期重建，料最快2027至28年遷置首批住戶至土瓜灣道公屋項目。兩邨重建後合共提供5100伙，料增加2500伙。 擬鄰近建公屋 遷置住戶現時西環邨有5幢樓約600多戶；馬頭圍邨5幢樓逾2000戶居民。政府消息人士表示，初步規劃西環邨重建後料由目前600多伙增至約1100伙，房委會正在鄰近的加惠民道興建公營房屋，其中第一期項目將建約860伙公屋及約340伙資助出售單位，可遷置西環邨全數住戶，料第一期項目2029至30年落成，屆時可啟動重建西環邨。最快2027年遷置馬頭圍邨住戶至於馬頭圍邨則涉及2000多戶，政府消息人士稱，當局計劃在鄰近盲人輔導會的一幅土瓜灣道地皮興建公屋，預料2027至28年落成，提供約600個單位。馬頭圍邨則分期重建，先將首批住戶遷置至土瓜灣道公屋，在原址重建單位後，再逐批遷置現有住戶，估計馬頭圍邨原址重建後提供約4000伙單位，目前暫未有具體落成時間表。公屋聯會表示，支持政府邀請房委會研究重建舊邨，期望能繼續有序地展開其他舊邨的重建工作。（2021年施政報告）
