Lidl brings back Le Creuset-inspired Cast Iron cookware from just £14.99

Lidl has announced the return of its designer-inspired Ernesto Cast Iron cookware range.

The budget-friendly retailer’s collection is inspired by the classic Le Creuset products, but come without the designer brand’s hefty price tags.

The supermarket is relaunching the highly popular products in-store on Sunday 27 February, and shoppers will have to act fast if they wish to get their hands on any of the dishes, which have previously sold out quickly.

Lidl will be bringing back the Cast Iron Saucepan and two sizes of the Cast Iron Casserole, which all come in a gorgeous bright red finish, making them the perfect addition to any kitchen.

All products feature a durable enamel coating, and are perfect dupes of the Le Creuset products.

The 1.5L saucepan is priced at just £14.99, and is suitable for induction hobs and ovens up to 240C with a base thickness of 4.6mm.

Also on offer is the Cast Iron 3.2L Shallow Casserole and the Cast Iron 5.7L Casserole, which both boast a Drop-System perfect for roasting, stewing or braising.

Both dishes are suitable for temperatures up to 240C, with the large version featuring a base thickness of 5mm while the smaller casserole dish has a base thickness of £24.99.

The 3.2L Casserole dish is priced at £24.99 while the 5.7L version retails at £34.99.

All of Lidl’s Ernesto Cast Iron cookware range will be available in stores across the UK from Sunday 27 February,
