Mahindra unveils prices for BE 6, XEV 9e electric SUVs, bookings open in Feb 2025 — details inside

Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) has revealed the prices for the top-end (Pack Three) variants of its flagship electric SUVs, BE 6 and XEV 9e. With bookings set to open on February 14, 2025, the company is gearing up for phased test drives starting January 14, 2025. Deliveries of the highly anticipated models are expected to begin in early March 2025.

The BE 6 and XEV 9e Pack Three variants come equipped with a robust 210 kW motor. The BE 6 accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.7 seconds, while the XEV 9e achieves the same in 6.8 seconds.

Both models feature an impressive range, with the BE 6 offering 683 km (MIDC Part 1 & 2) and the XEV 9e offering 656 km (MIDC Part 1 & 2), making them highly practical for daily use.

Additionally, the vehicles support fast charging, with the ability to charge from 20% to 80% in under 20 minutes when using a 175 kW DC charger.

The pricing for the variants is as follows:

• BE 6 Pack Three: ₹26.9 lakh (79 kWh battery)
• XEV 9e Pack Three: ₹30.5 lakh (79 kWh battery)

To make the vehicles more accessible, Mahindra is offering a special EMI scheme under its “Three for Me” program. The BE 6 Pack Three will be available at an EMI of ₹39,224 per month, while the XEV 9e Pack Three will have an EMI of ₹45,450 per month, mirroring the EMI of their respective Pack One variants.

The scheme includes a down payment of up to 15.5% and a balloon payment of ₹4.65 lakh for the BE 6 and ₹4.35 lakh for the XEV 9e at the end of a 6-year term.

In response, we will initiate bookings only for the feature-loaded Pack Three in 79 kWh for both BE 6 and XEV 9e on February 14, 2025, which is Valentine’s Day. With its 79 kWh battery delivering over 500 km of real-world range, customers can be free from range anxiety. Our vision is to make premium EVs mainstream, and with our ‘Three for Me’ finance program, we ensure these vehicles remain accessible, aiming for a total monthly target of 5,000 units in Phase 1.”
