Many in disbelief as man reveals his newly built N12.5M house (IMAGE)

A Nigerian man has sparked buzz on social media as he shows off the house he reportedly built for twelve million, five hundred thousand naira.

The man who’s identified as @Dhaboy on X (Twitter) shared how he had worked with honest engineers to build such a magnificent bungalow with the present day economy.

Revealing the entire cost of the project, the user tweeted, “Project completed… 12.5 million naira well spent. The Engineer is a honest man”.

Many online viewers find it difficult to believe that such fine building was worth only that amount which cannot even afford bricks and sand.

Some took his word for truth, excluding the land price, they reckoned such amount can make such magic.

Read some of the reactions below:

@mussprince_seal: “This can never be 12.5 million”

@Tempo_ae: “12 million? You threaten contractor?”

@HOLARMEEDEY: Stop this nonsense. Ordinary Gerald roofing that I bought was 4m for a theee bedroom. You should tell us what you used in speaking to the cement store that made them dash you

@David_GMI: “Minus land, this is actually very very doable. I’m having something like this and almost done, I don’t think I’ve spent past 10M”

@plug08066: “To build house no really cost, get land and do foundation first and start saving for roofing you’d see the rest is easy”
