The official website for the anime adaptation of Tomoki Izumi‘s comedy horror manga titled Mieruko-chan revealed three additional cast members and a key visual (pictured) on Thursday. The anime series will premiere first on AT-X on October 3 at 10:00 p.m. followed by Tokyo MX, KBS Kyoto, San TV, and BS NTV the following day.

Zen Toono: Yuuichi Nakamura (Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei: Raihousha-hen)
Godmother: Ikuko Tani (Kimetsu no Yaiba)
Kyousuke Yotsuya: Yumiri Hanamori (Yuru Camp)
Yuuki Ogawa (FLCL Progressive) is directing the anime at Passione, with Kenta Ihara (Youjo Senki) handling the series composition and script. Chikashi Kadekaru (Juuni Taisen) is credited as the character designer, as well as a chief animation director. Makoto Uno (Rail Wars! character design) is also credited for the monster design.
Izumi originally posted Mieruko-chan on his Twitter account in September 2018. In November of the following year, Kadokawa’s ComicWalker web manga portal began serializing the manga. The fifth volume shipped on March 22. Yen Press licensed the manga in English last July and published the third volume on June 29. The fourth volume is planned for a November 16 release.
