(Teleborsa) – Mondo TV , a company listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange and active in the production and distribution of television series and films animation for TV and cinema, announced that the process of reverse merger between the Spanish subsidiaries Mondo TV iberoamerica and Mondo TV Producciones Canarias has been successfully completed. The trial had started in May of this year. With the completion of the merger, the new entity is born which will operate under the name of Mondo TV Studios SA and which will be based in Tenerife.
Mondo TV reminds you that the merger has the following objectives: optimization of the synergies between the two entities merged into the new Mondo TV Studios; better efficiency of the respective activities by exploiting the consequent economies of scale; significant reduction in operating and structure costs; achieving best offers and better marketing options for your products.
