ISLAMABAD: The National Command and Operations Center (NCOC) has issued instructions to visitors returning from Iraq.
According to ARY News, on the occasion of Arbaeen, the NCOC issued a special guideline regarding the pilgrims going to and returning from Iraq.
According to the NCOC, on the occasion of Arbaeen, visitors to Iraq were sent on special permits as Iraq is one of the Category C countries in terms of the rapid spread of the epidemic.
Direct flights from Category C countries to Pakistan are closed but the government had given special permission to the pilgrims to pay for religious affairs.
According to NCOC Pilgrims returning from Iraq will have to observe quarantine one day, a move that has been made to protect them. The NCOC hopes that visitors will prove to be responsible citizens by cooperating with the administration.
