The Queen has faced a challenging month after testing positive for Covid.
She’s worried royal followers by sharing that she feels frail, and Prince Harry isn’t helping matters.
The Duke of Sussex, 37, is suing the government over a decision to remove his paid-for security while in the UK.
In the court case, his representative said: “In the absence of such protection, Prince Harry and his family are unable to return to his home.”
But his claims have riled royal expert Angela Levin.
Speaking to LBC, she said: “What annoyed me incredibly is he said he was in the immediate line of succession.
“Does he really think he’s got a chance to be king when he’s behaved like this?
“The Queen’s got to stand up to it.”

She added: “I think she’s got to stop him being the Counsellor of State and that means when she can’t manage or unwell, they become stand-ins.
“They go to meetings and they sign documents.”
It’s understood that Her Majesty has been made aware of Harry’s latest action.

And it’s thought to be the first time in history that a member of the monarchy has brought a legal case against the Queen’s government.
Harry’s move is another headache for our monarch, who’s faced turmoil from her reportedly ‘favourite’ – son, Prince Andrew.
The Duke, 62, is apparently making nightly visits to the Queen after settling his mammoth sexual assault case.

Andrew is said to be giving Virginia Giuffre a whopping £12 million, and could move to America just like Harry did.
Editor of Majesty Magazine Ingrid Seward wrote in the Sun: “Andrew will now attempt to stand away from the whole murky business – and try to get on with his life.
“Since the duke was stripped of his royal titles and patronages, he has likened his own situation to that of his nephew Prince Harry.”

Harry may still be in the line of succession but the duke – who removed himself as a working royal – is highly unlikely to ever wear the crown.
Harry is sixth in line, with the Cambridge children, Prince William and Prince Charles ahead of him.
The Sussexes still have a royal ally in Princess Eugenie, who has visited the couple at their Montecito mansion.
Eugenie is one of the only members of the Royal Family to have met Lillibet, who was born in June last year.
