Romániában jelenleg csökkenő félben van a Covid-világjárvány ötödik hulláma, a kormány készül meghozni a helyzetnek megfelelő intézkedéseket – jelentette ki a szerdai kormányülés elején Nicolae Ciucă.
A kormányfő elmondta, hogy mind az egészségügyi, mind a járványkezelésben illetékes többi intézmény szintjén elemezték a helyzetet február 15-étől kezdődően. Figyelembe véve a helyzet javulását, illetve azt, hogy a veszélyhelyzetet legutóbb meghosszabbító kormányhatározat március elején hatályát veszti, a kormány a rögtön elkövetkező időszakban kidolgozza és előáll a megfelelő intézkedésekkel.
Ciucă megjegyezte, hogy “a lakosság részéről nagyok az elvárások”, és remélhetőleg az elkövetkező időszakban folytatódik az esetek csökkenő tendenciája.
Kedden valamivel több mint 14 ezer új fertőzött volt. Az intenzív osztályokon még mindig ezernél több pácienst kezelnek, de az egészségügyi miniszter szerint van remény arra, hogy a csökkenő tendencia a továbbiakban is kitart – szögezte még le a kormányfő.
