Düsseldorf Deutsche Einzelhändler und Industriekunden, die mit einem Ende der weltweiten Lieferverzögerungen nach dem angespannten Weihnachtsgeschäft gerechnet hatten, werden in diesen Tagen enttäuscht. Das geht aus einem globalen Datenabgleich hervor, den der Schweizer Speditionskonzern Kühne + Nagel (K+N) unter dem Titel „Global Disruption Indicator“ ab diesem Donnerstag täglich veröffentlichen will.
Die Zahlen, die dem Handelsblatt vorab vorliegen, sind weiterhin gekennzeichnet von einer angespannten Versorgungslage. So befinden sich der Statistik zufolge aktuell sogar mehr Schiffscontainer vor den weltweiten Häfen in Wartestellung als vor Weihnachten. „Die Situation wird keineswegs besser“, erklärt K+N-Vorstand Otto Schacht, „und das, obwohl Weihnachten nun vorbei ist.“
