Since signing up for Strictly Come Dancing, singer Matt Goss has been spending hours in the dance studio alongside Nadiya Bychkova as he gets to grips with the ins and outs of ballroom dancing.
But while he may be spending working up a sweat in order to impress the Strictly judges and avoid the dreaded dance off, away from his time in the studio, the Bros frontman can be found relaxing at his home in London.
Prior to appearing on the show, the 53 year old had been living in Las Vegas where he’d embarked on a residency in so-called Sin City.
However, during an interview on ITV’s This Morning, the star revealed that he’d left his life in the US in order to begin his new chapter on our screens.
“I’ve been almost reclusive, I come and work and then go back to America,” he said. “I thought, it’s time for me to come home and get out of my own way in a way.”
Since then, the Lewisham born singer has been living in the capital with his pampered French bulldog Reggie, who he recently revealed had been treated to a “mani pedi” before flying to the UK.
Judging back snaps posted to Instagram, Matt lives in a very modern house in London and recently celebrated his birthday with his beloved pooch.
In a video posted online, Matt, whose dancing distracted judge Craig Revel Horwood, could be seen sitting on a grey sofa which features a series of peacock patterned cushions as he held a delicious looking birthday cake.
In the background, fans caught a peek of the room’s fresh interiors, bright white walls and a large white framed mirror hanging above the sofa.
Meanwhile, another picture showed Matt hugging little Reggie, with the caption: “Sunday morning vibes after @bbcstrictly #frenchbulldog #cuddles”.
As animal lover Matt embraced his pooch, he lay in his chic bed which features contrasting navy blue linen and a stunning burnt orange and mahogany headboard.
Elsewhere, the star has given his Instagram followers a peek inside his home stateside and has posted a series of snaps of the property.
In one video posted at the beginning of August, the Strictly star paid tribute to his Vegas home as he said goodbye to his lavish pad for the foreseeable future.
As he walked out of the door carrying an overnight bag, he wrote: “Las Vegas you’ve changed my life, UK I’m going to need a hug. [heart and praying emoji] #movingtolondon #lasvegas #thankyou #london #uk”.
Inside, the sprawling home features a mixture of glossy white floors and plush grey carpets throughout, giving it a distinctly light and airy feel.
But during the winter months, the Bros singer is sure to make the home feel as cosy as possible and the living area boasts a large fireplace which is decorated with a series of photographs, candles and vases.
Another seating area meanwhile features a lavish cream sofa which is covered in a series of black and white scatter cushions. A black and white photograph can be seen positioned on the wall, too.
Outside, the property is ideal for making the most of the sunny Vegas weather and features a sunlounger area, a hammock and plenty of grass for Reggie to run around.
