The polar air mass will cause a marked decrease in daytime temperature over a large part of the Mexican Republic. Given this, the population is recommended to use cream to protect and hydrate the skin against the cold, avoid being exposed to sudden changes in temperature, drink plenty of water; consume fruits and vegetables rich in vitamins A and C. Also, wash your hands frequently or use antibacterial gel; In case of any discomfort, go to the nearest health center.
