A total of 475,000 vehicles are being recalled due to problems with the reversing camera and assembly errors.
The US electric car manufacturer Tesla calls almost half a million Series Model 3 and Model S vehicles. 356.309 Model 3s are being ordered into the garage because of problems with the rear-view camera, according to a document from the US vehicle safety agency NHTSA.

The rear view camera wiring harness may be damaged by using the trunk lid and the camera may fail. All Model 3 from model years 2017 to 2020 would therefore be recalled, according to the authority.
In addition, 119,009 Model S recalled due to incorrect front trunk (frunk) assembly. As a result, it could suddenly open and obstruct the driver’s view.
