Lifetime . This is the verdict handed down by the district court in Trenčín on Thursday (October 6). A man (38) shot two young men more than two years ago and seriously injured a third. He was originally given 25 years unconditionally, but the Court of Appeal returned the case to the beginning
shot and killed. He shot two sons and their sons.
The convicted man left without words. Before the hearing began, he applied for a change of defense. The court assessed this as unfounded.
Before the trial began, the man made a statement confessing to the murder. That’s why he originally got 25 years unconditionally. He was burdened by two expert opinions in psychology and psychiatry.
The verdict is not yet valid. The man appealed against the verdict.
