Tragedy strikes as a man passes away just weeks after his wedding, leaving family and friends in sorrow

In a heartbreaking turn of events, a young Nigerian man, Ande Danjuma Biki, has left his newlywedded wife, friends, and family in mourning, passing away just seven weeks after their joyous wedding on December 16, 2024, in Jalingo, Taraba State.

The untimely death of Ande has cast a shadow over the happiness that marked their recent union, leaving his wife, Joy Benjamin Bawa, grappling with overwhelming sadness.

A close friend of the late married man took to Facebook on Thursday, February 8, 2024, to offer heartfelt condolences, reflecting on their shared memories and expressing the pain of losing someone who had been a source of strength during past difficult times.

“One of the most collected and calm mates in secondary school gave me. It’s quite unfortunate that we have to part ways this soon. I remembered how you and I broke down in tears in 2018 when we both lost our Fathers, you told me to be strong and that God can’t be questioned. But I throw this question to you now, why did you go this soon?”

Other friends and relatives also shared their grief over losing the young man, reflecting on the fragility of life, especially coming just seven weeks after his wedding.
