Although the matchup has been canceled, Triller moves ahead with the fight card kicking off TrillerVerz III Weekend held through Sunday, October 17 live on FITE TV.

The boxing card on Saturday, October 16 features Daniel Gonzalez (20-2-1, 7 KOs) of Woodhaven, NY going up against Brooklyn’s Petros Ananyan (15-2-2, 7 KOs) in a ten-rounder at junior welterweight. Among other bouts, Brooklyn fan favorite Cletus Seldin (25-1, 21 KOs) defends his NABA super lightweight title in a ten-rounder against William Silva (28-3, 16 KOs) of Brazil.
Also on the card, Will Madera (16-1-3, 9 KOs) of Albany, NY takes on Jamshidbek Najmitdinov (17-1, 14 KOs) of Tashkent, Uzbekistan in an eight-rounder at junior welterweight, and undefeated Jose Roman (11-0, 5 KOS) of Bayamon, Puerto Rico battles it out against Cesar Francis of Brooklyn, NY in an eight-rounder at junior middleweight. In addition, Frederic Julan (12-0, 10 KOs) of Brooklyn, NY meets Jeyson Minda (14-5-1, 8 KOs) of Salem, MA in a six-rounder at heavyweight.
Following the action inside the boxing ring, Saturday night’s VERZUZ concert features reggae star artist SUPER CAT.
Sunday night’s VERZUZ battle on October 17 features Brooklyn’s Big Daddy Kane vs KRS-One.
